Zillow Mortgage Marketplace reports Arizona mortgage rates for 30-year fixed-rate mortgages increased 3 basis points from 4.81% to 4.84% on Tuesday. State mortgage rates ranged from the lowest rate of 4.66% (ID) to the highest rate of 5.63% (NE). Currently, Arizona mortgage rates are 6 basis points higher than the national average of 4.78%.
The Arizona mortgage rate on March 9, 2010, is up 1 basis point from last week's average Arizona rate of 4.83%.
