Zillow Mortgage Marketplace reports Arizona mortgage rates for 30-year fixed-rate mortgages dropped 2 basis points from 4.41% to 4.39% on Friday. State mortgage rates ranged from the lowest rate of 4.22% (UT) to the highest rate of 4.74% (NV). Currently, Arizona mortgage rates are 5 basis points higher than the national average of 4.34%.

The Arizona mortgage rate on July 30, 2010, is down 6 basis points from last week's average Arizona rate of 4.45%.
